From primary material processing and welding processes to product surface treatment, packaging, and expectoration, all processes are subject to continuous improvement and automation.
Our machine park and technological equipment allows us to perform a wide range of metalworking and cutting operations. We are equipped with sheet cutting machines for thickness up to 8mm, profile cutting machine for profiles up to 400 mm, a 4-roll plate bending machine for material thickness up to 8mm. For specific operations, we rely on a flexible network of suppliers of raw materials and laser-cut components. As a result, we can respond quickly to a wide range of orders.
Modern welding equipment is used in the production, which performs MIG/MAG welding, TIG welding, and plasma welding processes. Automated orbital cutting and welding of 150 mm pipes, automated expanding and welding of a tube bundle in heat exchanger production, and an automatic TIG / Plasma welding column for shells up to 2500 mm have all been implemented.
Welding of heat exchange elements, shells and serpentines is performed with reliable, strong, and uniform welds. Depending on the project, laser welded pillow plate elements are possible. The insulation can be made of mineral wool or polyurethane foam, and Proxess Engineering has its own Graco system for filling with polyurethane foam.
End-user expectations for surface quality and roughness are one of the highest in the industry. To achieve the required roughness, our specialists use a variety of grinding and polishing machines. Blasting, chemical pickling and passivation of products and surfaces are also options.
Our quality department is managed by a certified international welding engineer. Some of the measuring instruments and equipment used by quality specialists include endoscope examination of internal surfaces and welds, caliper, roughness gauge with large areas of measurement of roughness parameters and others analysis tools.
