Process tanks and reactors are complex products whose design and construction are consistent with the product’s manufacturing technology. Tanks are typically insulated and equipped with a side or top process agitator.
These tanks are used in a wide range of processes and industries, including the production of dairy products and soft drinks, the fermentation, maturation and processing of malt and hops in the manufacture of beer, various applications in the cosmetics industry, such as mixing and homogenizing of components, and the production of fruit drinks and juices.
General characteristics of the process vessels manufactured by us:
- Stainless Steel 1.4301 (AISI304), 1.4307 (AISI304L), 1.4404 (AISI316L), 1.4571 (AISI316Ti)
- Volume from 500l to 10 000l;
- Coat thickness: 10 mm;
- • Insulation made of polyurethane foam or mineral wool:
- • Roughness class of internal surfaces and surfaces in contact with the product Ra 0.2 µm (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm)
